Days -1 to Day 1  Day -1 (that's a minus 1)  Need to pack, flight in just over 24 hours... Oh! and i need to go shopping to get some stuff!  My Visa Photo! Day 0  Packed!  Last minute additions were to add some screwdrivers (the kind you have to turn by hand - no batteries!!), tape measure, spirit level, Stanley knife & blades, adjustable wrench and of course... Duct tape At the Airport  (Heathrow). Feeling a little trepidation and going to miss my family and friends. Work becoming a distant memory. Almost missed the flight. Lost track of time trying to sort out my mobile with EE. Last to board. Nothing new there though. Day 1 Long flight. Nothing to report of note. Arrived in Kathmandu and transferred to Hotel Buddha ok. Fixed hotel toilet seat which was hanging off (glad I brought those tools already) Work in progress! Orientation tomorrow
